Hollan's love inspired, plant-based cuisine has been a staple at her restaurant and high end catering in Kauai, Hawaii which attracted many of the island's A-list personalities and athletes. She's been featured in GQ, Condé Nast, and Insider and is a regular contributor to HGTV, VEG News and Hawaii Magazine.
Hollan struggled with weight and health issues for years until she eventually discovered the one thing that gave her not only health, energy, and clear skin, but also peace of mind. And as a mother of 3, it needed to be something that could fit into her busy, often chaotic, environment.
She lives to breathe life and love into those she serves, whether it's on a plate or in their heart.
