AN EFFORTLESS, PLANT-BASED LIFESTYLE

BEFORE I BEGIN,

As a gift for staying on through the end of this video, I’m going to share my award winning recipe for a vegan burger that will blow you mind.

You won’t find this anywhere else on the internet.

WHY ARE YOU HERE?

You want to be healthy. You want more energy, vitality, focus, strength… and you want less stress, less physical health challenges.

You know you want to enjoy the benefits of a plant-based diet, but you’re struggling to make the switch completely and enjoy all the benefits that come with it.

Your Image

Imagine if you were eating the most healthy diet possible, full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals to boost your energy through the roof, clear up your skin making you look years younger, strengthen your muscles and bones putting you in the best shape, sharpening your mind and your performance…

WHY AREN’T YOU DOING THAT?!

Why aren’t more people doing that?!

Is it because there isn’t enough information about how to do it out there?

No. Obviously not.

There is SO much information out there about plant-based eating. So many recipes, advice, and more.

MY GOAL FOR THIS WEBCLASS...

So, with all that information out there… with all the desire to make it work… with all the health benefits that go with eating a plant-based lifestyle… why do so many fail at making it a sustainable, effortless part of their life?

I’ve discovered the core reasons why and I’ll share that with you in just a second, but first.

WHY SHOULD YOU EVEN LISTEN TO ME?

My name is Hollan and I am an award-winning Vegan chef.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu school and received _____

I owned a plant-based restaurant in my hometown of Kauai, Hawaii.

WHY SHOULD YOU EVEN LISTEN TO ME?

I’m a regular contributor to Veg News, Travel & Leisure, Hawaii Magazine, HGTV, and The Grubfather to name a few.

Some of the islands most wealthy entrust me with their catering.

But, I wasn’t always this healthy-minded.

Growing up, I dealt with a lot of sickness and challenges that carried over into my young adulthood.

Things like…

Endometriosis

Kidney Stones

Low white blood cell count

As I desperately searched for a solution for my physical problems, I almost gave up several times. In fact, I was so desperate at one point, I was crying alone in my closet, asking for an answer.

I finally found what I was looking for in a vegan diet. And once I made the switch, I never looked back.

As my body and mind healed, I lost a lot of weight, got my energy back and felt great!

People started asking me what I did and how I did it - so I began helping them.

BUT, MANY PEOPLE STRUGGLED.

When I took a closer look as to why they struggled (and often failed completely), I realized that the real problem wasn’t lack of information… the real problem was an approach that allowed them to succeed.

And I found that there were several obstructions getting in the way of their success.

THE FIRST OBSTRUCTION THAT PEOPLE RAN INTO WAS...

“This doesn't work because limiting beliefs hold us back from learning new information. Life isn't about finding yourself, its creating yourself. You can't use the same thoughts that made you to create the new you.. If you don’t change your beliefs, your life will be like this forever.

Is that good news?”

W. Somerset Maugham

Think about that, if your life stays the same is that good?

I found that you must create yourself, and embody what you want to be. I was overweight, lethargic, and in disease. I had to learn to be the person, I wanted to be, Happy, healthy, centered living in purpose.

Albert Einstein's definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Is this you? Doing it the same way will get you nowhere but where you are.

For the last 12 years, I have kept my body and weight where I want it and I have changed who I am. I constantly check in with myself on where I am.

I know you think you have tried everything before, but by changing your limiting core beliefs and learning new ways to enjoy foods you already love.

POOR STRATEGIES:

Try to transition to a plant-based lifestyle all at once.

No effective strategy to get back on track after they fail (and they will fail).

Trying to do it alone (no support).

No clear vision or motivation for WHY they're doing it.

No plan for when they dine out or while traveling (what if the restaurant they visit doesn't have plant-based food?).

Without knowing how to have a replacement for everything you already eat, you are under prepared, diving in without being prepared always leads to the foundation crumbling.

You start out with the best intention but because of lack of choices and losing love for food, you ultimately go back eating the way you did feeling defeated.

If you learn different ideas and easier ways to eat healthily and lean into making better choices every day, you will learn the best way to change your old habits with healthier ones.

I was defeated and felt so bad before i changed my diet. When I started changing the way I ate, there were not a lot of plant-based options so I had to make my own. The better I felt the more I stuck with it.

What if I said we could, give you meal idea, shopping lists, brand ideas, and shortcuts in the kitchen, and have you prepared.

I know you don't think you have the time and skills to do it, but I will show you how to fit it in and how being prepared will get you there.

FALSE EXPECTATIONS:

I should see immediate results.

Friends and family will definitely be supportive.

I will get new results without changing my current habits.

Your Image

We make false promises to ourselves and say we will change everything in a day. It took a long time to get unhealthy and it will take time to get it back. When you have a plan and execute, you will see results, just don't expect miracles overnight. We celebrate week by week together on all the changes you experience.

When you think a program will work overnight you set yourself to unrealistic expectations then we self sabotage and return to our habits

Once I set myself up with healthy ingredients but gave myself room to still have the foods I love healthier, it was a game-changer.

We are not on a diet but on a lifestyle change, ease into it, you will find changes for years to come.

INEFFECTIVE PSYCHOLOGY:

Shame, embarrassment and guilt (when they fail).

Defeatism (it'll never work so why try).

Lack of self love. The "I'm not worth it" equation.

SEEMINGLY INSURMOUNTABLE HURDLES:

Too expensive

Not enough time - takes too long to cook

Have you tried to eat healthier and more plant based going all in, then slip up once and then give up completely.

Shaming and guilting yourself along the way.

Is it a pattern in your relationship with food?

If it’s a cycle, break it by learning a manageable way that doesn't require shame and blame.

When you are focused on the problem and not the solution you fall into old patterns that don’t serve you creating a lew relationship with food.

So, there were 2 things

I kept hearing from people…

Your Image

ONE

I want to transition to a plant-based diet, but I keep running into challenges. I’m just not able to make the switch full time. In short, “I have the DESIRE… but keep getting in my own way.”

TWO

And the other thing that kept coming up with those I worked with personally was, “Wow, if I just had you in my kitchen, I’d easily live the plant based lifestyle.” What they were saying really was, “If I ate this kind of food (the kind that tastes amazing, bursting with flavor, AND provides all the vitality my body needs), then staying on a plant-based diet would be effortless.”

That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing what I’ve created with you today.

I distilled all the information I share with my 1-on-1 clients, some of whom paid me $5,000/m to coach them on their health journey, into a membership site called Good Food Gratitude School.

These are the keys to taking control of your health.

And I’ve broken down exactly what to do so you can get achieve the healthiest you possible.

Since we want the plant-based diet to be something sustainable over the long term, we need to not make the same mistakes others make.

So, instead of trying to go all-in, all at once, I’ve found that 6 weeks is the optimal time it takes to transition completely to a fully plant-based diet. Now, not everybody chooses to go 100% plant-based, but even 75-80% is far, FAR more beneficial for you and your family’s health. And some choose to do it faster or a little slower.

The point is, YOU decide based on your body and how you feel how fast or slow you go.

We’ll incrementally enter new foods into your diet so your system doesn’t freak out - and so you can start to notice the health benefits of the change.

I’ve included a tracking tool so you can actually see the changes in your moods, health and reduction of symptoms.

In addition to the transition guide, I help you uncover your current limiting beliefs that are holding you hostage.

It’s really these limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck - not allowing you to experience the richness of life. Healthier food, healthier FUEL, in your body results in richer body chemistry and mind capacity… In short, you think, feel, and perform better!

Because people often quit diets because they feel deprived from foods that they actually WANT to eat, I’m including my top recipes you’re going to LOVE.

You’ll forget they’re even plant-based… and that’s the point. When you forget how healthy the food is, and all you experience is how delicious it is… eating a plant-based diet becomes EFFORTLESS! Especially when the meals are easy and quick to make.

I have recipes for breakfast… etc

But, even with a plan of action… even with delicious recipes… a mindset centered on self-doubt will self-sabotage and go back to old habits.

So, I created a mind health section to help you replace ineffective, limiting beliefs, with love inspired, TRUE beliefs about you, your life. You’ll find all that in the gratitude journal.

Ok, so if you’re motivated, you know what to do, your mind is not getting in your way… what else could stop you from enjoying the benefits of a plant-based diet?

2 Things

Time and Money

So, I’ve made sure that there are plenty of recipes that are so easy and quick to make (I call it ‘bath time’ because I need to be able to make meals in the time it takes my kids to take a bath)… and I show you what to buy so that it’s comparable to what you’re already spending, if not less.

And when you fall off track… not IF… but WHEN… you do, it’s important you have a path to get back on track. And, in my experience, when people try to do this on their own, they struggle much, much more than those who are in a community of people who support their growth and hold them accountable.

As part of the Good Food Gratitude School, you’ll get access to our private Facebook group where you can interact with me and others in the community.

Again, these are all the things I share with my 1-on-1 clients at up to $5,000/m.. .but I realize that’s out of the price range of most people.

So, I’m offering all this to you… for a ridiculously low, introductory price of just $47/m.

I want this to be accessible and effective.

So, try it out for a full 30 days and if for whatever reason you’re not totally confident it will work for you, I’ll give you 100% of your money back. And you can keep the award winning recipes I share in the membership area.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF DOING NOTHING?

[give examples of past clients who started and then stopped… and how they ‘paid the price’ health-wise]

What’s the REAL price? $47/m is just over $1 per day. Do you think it’s possible a diet of processed, high sugar foods is costing you more than that? What kind of impact is that having on your health? Your mind? Does it make you more irritable? How does that impact your spouse, your kids, your work?

It’s not worth NOT doing.

I hope you’ve decided committing to a plant-based diet is no longer a good idea, but an inevitable outcome for our life.

If not with me, hopefully you’ll find

I want you to experience…
